King of the North(ern Quarter)

I grew up in North Wales where there wasn’t a ton of options for clothes shopping so we often made shopping trips to Manchester’s Trafford Centre. Those memories are still fairly vivid, but I don’t remember ever exploring Manchester itself. We definitely missed out, as I think I’ve found a new city to fall in love with.

Manchester has been called the London of the North and I can see why. It’s a busy metropolis with so much character to it. My favourite places include the Northern Quarter, Magma and The John Rylands Library (I could imagine myself as a character in Harry Potter there).

Of course, as always, we have eaten our way through all the delicious vegan food too. My top recommendations? For something naughty go to V Rev Vegan Diner or for a super tasty breakfast you can’t beat the Seed and Cherry. If someone could pay me to just travel and eat that would be great.
